Fiverr Restricted My Account!

Hey dudes, Fiverr restricted my account yesterday claiming I have multiple accounts under my location while in the real sense I have got only one account. Could it be because I use proxy for surfing and occasionally switch to my local IP, even at that my account is still one. All plea fell on deaf ear and I think this sucks for fiverr if they go on like this. Come to think of it, am more of a buyer than seller and none of my 5 gigs brings me $5 a month...
