Fiverr removed payment method from disable account

I had some USD available on Fiverr. However, for some reason, they kick me out. They mailed me about the 90-day waiting period. During that time they also removed my payment method. I can't log in and am unable to submit any tickets.

All mail came from a no-reply email address. So I wanted to know how can I raise my voice to them about my problem.

Don't have big hopes on fiverr as of now, its good till it lasts.
Check the Trustpilot reviews of Fiverr or Fiverr reddit community.
as of now they are going full evil for no reason, even top seller accounts are affected badly because of their recent changes, carelessness and recklessness

You're saure you were not hacked?
Because normally you can withdraw your earnings even agter a suspension

I am sure I'm not hacked. how can I remove the payment method while my account remains suspended? I can't login to their support portal. Do they have any support email? Anyone ever tried to mail them ?
