fiverr refunds

I hired someone to collect emails from a website...but many of those emails were not unique emails and some emails seem to be fake...
I had already given a good review to the seller but now after looking in more details all the emails I realize that he didnt deliver a good job
Is it possible to get a refund from fiverr after 1 month? seller is not getting back to me...

Contact fiverr support they are very eager to take money out of sellers accounts

If the seller doesn't respond, contact Fiverr support. Clearly explain the situation and provide evidence.

Report to Fiverr support, there should be a way to make him come crying.
