Fiverr Ratings /Feedback Problems

I have a little problems in fiverr since im new on that site.

I have 3 done fiverr gigs and the buyer already recieved it,, 1 of the buyer gives feedback and ratings possitive,, but the 2 buyers did not give ratings and feedback.. what should i do? please help

Send a message and ask them to leave feedback?

ive already did that.. but no response yet since it was 4 days ago

deliver more and always include a polite message along with your order to let them know that you would like to receive feedback, maybe offer incentives/free bonuses to motivate them

You need to contact fiverr support. They will reply within 24 hours.

im always polite to them and giving the gigs done before the deadline comes..

That's good. But he actually meant you need to tell them that if they leave positive feedback, you would offer them more incentive/bonus.

after i delivered the gig done, i wait to them to recieve and complete before i ask them to give ratings and feedback but no one replies.. so sad..

I've delivered 175 Fiverr gigs and have gotten about 100 feedbacks.

That's about the ratio you should expect. For less personal gigs than mine you'll probably get even less.
