Hey guys, I have a couple of questions about Fiverr

First, if I change anything in my gig "description, prices, number of revisions" will this affect my rankings?

Secondly, I have a gig with 30 or so completed orders rated at 4.9 with 24 reviews.
Recently I got a hard headed client, non stop revisions, never satisfied, last minute revisions "so I'm late on this gig" apparently what I gave to him is useless.. which I'm sure isn't, I make sure my orders are professional and worth the price my clients pay.

So.. I decided to open a dispute to let him cancel the order. How hard will this affect my rankings?
do you recommend any other solutions for situations like that?

by the way, Like an idiot I put unlimited revisions ... that's why I'm asking my first question lol

To answer your first question first, I don’t think your rankings will suffer from changing your profile. But I’m not sure whether you should.

Now, I know that having to deal with clients who abuse the “unlimited revisions” promise can be a bit of a pain. However, even if they negatively affect your rating, I’m sure other clients will understand. Besides, your rating is stellar, so how badly can one negative rating affect you, really?

As it is, you’ve completed many orders without having any issues with clients. You should be proud of that, and you should change your pricing and your offer if your experience has caused you to evaluate it. But here’s why I don’t think you should change the “unlimited revisions” part of your profile: clients love it. Seeing those two words make new clients, in particular, feel safe about working with you. Have any clients really overused that offer before? If the answer is “no”, you should keep the “unlimited revisions”. Or, if you’re set on changing your offer, change it to a decent number, like 10 revisions per job.

Yes, it can affect your rankings (I say this from experience). I'd just create another gig.

You'll always experience the odd difficult client (I had a right idiot recently who expected the world within 24 hours of delivery!), but luckily they are few and far between. Always fight your corner, but be polite (kill them with kindness).
