Am I able to you seller money for buying gigs on Fiverr? If not, can anybody help with the transactions? I dont own a paypal account.

yes you can.. only after your money gets cleared though, so you have to wait 14 days to be able to use your earned money on buying gigs.

Yeah you can. Once its complete then wait 14 days. Once It clears it is in your fiverr wallet. If you bug a gig then it will come out of that.
