Wanting to experiment with fiverr safely without compromising ip address and paypal account.

Can fiverr distinguish between different email addresses on the same paypal account?

Would using something simple like Tor get the job done? or do i need a dedicated proxy ip on fiverr in the long run?

Yes they can. They have complex detecting system, can catch a ban hammer.
