I have a question maybe someone will be able to answer. When I first started my service I was getting a lot of orders daily. I have only positives and recently I have hit level 1 seller but I am getting no orders. I understand that maybe no one is in need of my service but...

I have 9 canceled orders does this affect my gig in any way?? Does it affect the position of where it shows up when people search for it?

Thanks.

Fiverr recently announce mutually cancellation will not affect your ranking now.

I have same problem too. When i get level no 1 , i am not receiving any orders.

It was going great at the start and I was happy now all of the sudden when I reached level 1 I don't get any orders. I don't even get messages. It's weird because throughout the month I was getting orders or at least a question asking about my service... maybe because it was a "New Arrival" and my gig showed up more often. But since my gig has aged and has only positive reviews it would make sense for it to be "recommended" at the top, am I right? However, the gigs with 5 or less reviews are "recommended" for others to buy.

I'm not going to complain about this anymore, I guess they should think of new ranking system. The funny thing is that I got a new order... however It was from a loyal client of mine so I'm happy. Hopefully more orders come!

Depending on what kind of services you offer, maybe try out some of the other sites like mycheapjobs and/or seoclerks

All right I'll look into those. Thanks for the suggestion :)

if u can pm me your fiverr url i will look at it to know the prob i am an expert over there

Try creating more gigs, even if they are just small variations. Fiverr gives you 20 gigs to play around with. Experiment with gig videos, images and titles and see which ones starts selling more.

Get your gigs up on the big clones like SeoClerks and MyCheapJobs. You will get sales from these 2 if your gigs are good. I have many sellers making a full time income on my site

Cancelled order is not likely to affect your ranking but cases where you don't deliver your order in time
and the buyer cancels will derank you.

The gigs were canceled mutually. I delivered all of my gigs on times.

Can they be over $5 a gig?

Yep, anything up to $50.... and when you become a trusted seller, I will manually change it to whatever you want to sell it for....
