    Hello guys,

Recently I put up a gig on fiverr and it was selling very well until someone ordered a gig and said my gig description was bad, so I have to make up for it and give him sth else which was in the extra gig.

I said he should order the extra gig if he wanted sth more.

I would have returned his money but the gig was already completed and I didn't know how can I do that with a completed gig.

All in all, he reported me to the fiverr customer support got his money back and left a bad review.

I don't care about the money but the bad review is hurting me.

Is there anything I can do?

I am not sure this is in the right section, and I ask a mod to move it if it's not.. Thanks.

you got ways, its your wish which one you choose-
    1. buy/exchange 7-8 reviews, which are written in a very good manner and make sure they are third hand, not reciprocal.
    2. Start a new gig, with everything better like your description, video etc., from your present account just try to contact your regular customers out of fiverr and tell them about this incident.

You got no way to remove that review.

Last way, just give that buyer some free services/money or both and ask him to modify his review !

    Thanks for your quick response.

It doesn't seem fair to me that he got his money back and still got to leave a review..actually he changed it. At first he left a 5 stars one then he left a 1 star.

just try to contact him and ask to remove it. If he is ok contact the CC then they will remove. If he didnt reply you have to wait 3 or months i dont remember . Yeh i know its hurting even though they mark 4 stars

    that's news for me
this wasn't the case before for sure, that was the main reason behind giving a refund in all cases when somebody started to complain no matter who was right, so the buyer wasn't able to leave any feedback, maybe this has changed

not sure how this went down exactly, but if you treated him right, you think you're right and your gig description was ok, i'd say you can also try reporting it to the customer support, you won't get your money back, but they can remove the negative review, if they see fit, they did it for me before and while you're at it, maybe ask them how come that a refunded buyer is able to leave a review at all

That was exactly what I was thinking.

How can a refunded buyer still get to leave a review...

I will contact support and see if they will remove the bad review.

Can anyone tell me if I can give refund to someone if the order is completed?
