I sold a service on fiverr, it was $15 so got the guy to order my gig 3 times.

I delivered and he closed one gig but left the other two open, and now won't respond to my messages at all.

What's the best thing to do?

WAit for them to close manually

Will they close on their own? Trouble is, they are still at the stage of waiting for buyer to provide information.

Also, if I sold a service for $15 by requesting the buyer but my gig 3 times, is that allowed by fiverr?

Same experience i had with fiverr buyers what i do when buyers didnt respond? deliever work in 3 gig( i mean same work deliever on your 3 gig which buyer bought from you) and take rest for three day after three day fiverr approved your work and give you the remaining money(the 12). Guarantee you this will work.

you ask buyer to buy your gig 3 times? fiverr will detect you and close your gig its not allowed to ask buyer to order your gig more than 1

First hand i see some misunderstanding.
if water goes above head then Such buyers need to learn lesson. i would keep them sending messages for few weeks and then start doing opposite of the work i done.

Are you sure about this, In my experience it seems common practice

He might be like me.. I login to fiverr maybe once every 3-4 months or so.. I just order whatever I need that weekend.. get my deliveries and then not have a need to log back into fiverr again for a few months.

You scared me, I just logged into fiverr then because I feared that I had actually done that to a seller, but thankfully, all of the gigs that I purchased were closed.

You won't have that problem anymore though since Fiverr allows you to have "addons" (or whatever the terminology they use is) for each gig.. like the last thing I purchased was just when they had brought it in.. so I had some sellers where I bought "extra gigs" (I was buying podcast intros/outros) while others had merged to the new format allowing me to buy "addons" from within the same gig which is a heck of a lot easier to manage for both buyers and sellers.

There's a difference between posting a gig that you are willing to really take $5 for and posting a gig that you know will require more work than you are willing to do for $5 thereby getting the buyer to purchase more gigs. That's why they ban accounts. If you ask the buyer to go above and beyond what the gig provides, naturally they will ask for more money. This is a common occurence on fiverr, it happens all the time and there is nothing wrong with it. If that's what you did, contact fiverr support or use their forum to get some help. If you did anything to weasel some money out of him, lesson learned and be glad you got at least 5 bucks. He got you before you got him.

Best thing : Ask support as like above guys said, I hope this issue will resolve soon.

Other Best thing :- Don't sell service other than BHW :p.. Its more better to spend all your valuable time here than amount of time you are wasting it on fiverr.

Cheers!

If the buyer did not provide info for the other 2 gigs, the gigs are not active, you should never fulfill an order unless all gigs are active.

Contacting fiverr support wont do you any good, they'll tell you to communicate with the buyer as they cannot tamper with the order. You cannot mark the unopened gigs as complete, that buyer will most likely get his money back for those two gigs and you will be out $10.

Yea wish I thought of that at the time!
He opened one and I completed it, so 1 remaining, ill give him few days, hopefully he will resolve.

If not, ill just boost his domain:-)

I also have almost the same problem like that. the buyer order me 2 times on my gig. the problem is ive already delivered 1 of his 2 ordered. until i saw that he should complete the order requirements.. so i have to wait he completed the requirements before i will submit the 2nd order.. im still waiting the buyer until now..

Probably not a great deal you can do except hope the buyer responds. Just treat it as a lesson learned for next time. If a buyer wants multiple gigs, ask them to submit the info in all of the bought gigs before starting the work.
