FIVERR PROBLEM!!! (i pay 20 USD)

so i earned some money on fiverr but can't withdraw money because my paypal is limited, so everytime i want to withdraw money from it, fiverr says that withdrawal failed...

i want someone who has a good reputation here on BHW (lots of post and good status) to send this money on his paypal and then he can take 20 USD from it and send on my paypal the rest

BUT i want someone who had already withdrawn money from fiverr and that paypal account worked well for fiverr.

so i want his paypal to change my paypal address on fiverr and after 24 hours (after updating i can't send money on new paypal for 24 hours) i will send it on his paypal account..

he can take 20 USD from it and send the rest of money my paypal...

not sure if it's urgent or not, but as a last resort, you can apply for a Payoneer card through fiverr, it takes some time until it's shipped of course, but from that point you can get all your future payment via Payoneer too, not just Paypal
 
IF your account is withdrawn limitted it wont matter how you would get the funds you wont be able to withdraw them how much to be withdrawn?

first of all i want it in these days because i want to start my IM campaings asap, so creating payoneer revenue card is not good option for me, because i checked in my country (i'm living in eastern europe) there is not local bank or ATM With which i can get my money. plus it takes lots of time to deliver..

i earned 164 USD already and i think its the last revenue because don't want to continue working there because it takes lots of time and effort does not worth..

and my paypal says that i can't withdraw money from fiverr but does it mean that i can't receive money from another user of paypal?

i want to buy some softwares here on BHW marketplace so it won't be problem, if someone who helps me can't send money on my paypal, he can buy this softwares for me.

If your PayPal is limited the way I understand it, then you can only receive funds but you can't withdraw or send money, so you won't be able to buy any softwares...

Which country are you from? Can your Paypal receive payments from other users?
 
That's probably going to raise a red flag on Fiverr and both of you could end up getting banned.

Also, I'm pretty sure there's no way to change PayPal address unless you contact customer service.

Im able to change the paypal address.
Only thing you need to do is click the verification link sent to your email for paypal email change.

paypal acc change on fiverr was on and off, now it's on i think since quite some time now
on the other hand, not everybody has a fiverr account who has a paypal address, so no risk there, but i still don't get that part what others mentioned above: how the hell OP is supposed to cash out from paypal after he received the money from the "intermediary" paypal, when his acc is limited?
 
in fact i wanted someone who had the paypal which could receive money from fiverr
my problems is the next: the paypal support team said that i can't withdraw money from fiverr because my account not supported to do this (that's why i called it limited), but i can send money without problems from my paypal, and i have added my credit card and pay for hosting and many more from paypal and with the card.

one reputable member contacted me and i think everything will be ok
p.s. it is very easy to change the paypal email.

and i have question, so i have never received money on my paypal from another paypal account.. so if i can send money to another paypal account, can i receive money from another paypal account ?

You can get a fiverr card if you want to widthraw and bypass PP but it has some commisions.

If you can still work with your buyer then make arrangement to refund the amount to the buyer, and request him to send the same amount to one of your cousins, or other relative who has a PP account in good standing and who can withdraw the money without any problems. But first talk to both parties then proceed with refunding the buyer IF it is possible.

Sorry, if the money is coming from Fiverr, then I don't think that above solution is possible.

Better go with wire transfer to your bank or payoneer card would do the work.
There is no need for all this hassle.
 
To be honest, money sharing is not allowed on this site. But if you need v v urgent and you are needy, I will get permission from my MOD and will help you...
