Fiverr problem again

So I have a gig with 700+ positive reviews and I'm working 5 years on the fiverr.

2 months ago I stopped getting new messages from buyers and my gig is practically dead.

I tried to change everything on my gig but it doesn't help.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this, I already lost level 2 badge on last evaluation and now I'm going to lose level 1 badge.

Does fake traffic helps, because I have licensed version of Scrapebox and I found here some guys are using it to improve their ranking?

I would really be grateful If someone can help.
