Omg you and me both. I'm so sick of writing I can't even work on my fiction without cringing every time I type a word. It's just not fun anymore.
So now I'm on hiatus for two months. I want to really on other projects too. I've got a couple in the works.

This is really what makes that bad... it hurt @DanielOnYouTube, a regular guy, and probably hurt a ton of other sellers on there that were generating revenue from them as well as supporting fiverr by generating fees for them.
There are times to make adjustments to a system but one that hurt a bunch of guys that made fiverr money by offering products and services for years is kind of a chicken feathers move.
I'm sure they spent time and money seeing how Fiverr Pro was going to help their own bottom line but to not take into consideration that the masses were going to lose a ton of business (in this case 90%) I think they were selfish and even short sighted.

I think you are right and I have a bit of an issue with that as those guys generated all kinds of revenue for fiverr over the years and you shouldn't just kick them to the curb as it appears they are doing.

Reading up on the changes, it looks like Fiverr will continue to offer regular gigs. However, 20% of $4k is much better that 20% of $5. Yes, it's short-sighted but that's how greed works.
Also consider they want to attract professional clients, like national companies. So they created a section specifically for that, then adjusted their algorithm to promote those gigs over the rest of them.
Not defending them, bc you're right. But they want the best of both worlds.
I actually want to play around with this. Anyone can apply for Fiverr Pro, even new sellers.

Well, IMO, the 'Success Managers' are a cause for unsuccessful business. Upwork has a lot of these, and recently Upwork is always down. Fiverr seems to walk along those lines.
Add to that, Upwork is also promoting the local freelancers (US contractors only) over others. And everyone is trying to copy that without realizing that it's shit.
Seems like a bunch of college students copying each other's assignments with minor changes.
