Hi, i provide a service that helps freelancers send and receive payments international payments at much lower costs than paypal or payoneer. Freelancers on fiverr and upwork are some of our major clients. Could there be a way to send mass msgs on fiverr and upwork, asking them to check us out.

As a freelancer this is impossible to send mass masses from fiverr and upwork. Fiverr and upwork security system is too much strong. More over this is not legal in that fiverr and upwork. This is harmful for freelancer account.

Because of their stringent outreach and spam policies, direct mass messaging isn't really an option if you're targeting freelancers on Fiverr or Upwork. But you might think about providing value up front—perhaps write a useful comparison or guide (PayPal vs. your service) and post it in relevant freelance forums or communities.

I'm trying but organic growth is so slow. Where do you think these freelancers hand out, I'm only familiar with reddit.
What I can suggest is, don’t try mass messaging on Fiverr or Upwork. Both platforms don’t allow promotional or bulk messages, and accounts usually get banned for this.
