I wanted to Promote my Fiverr gig in instagram
Will my account get banned if I promote my Fiverr gig in my Bio?
Should I create a Landing Page and redirect it to fiverr?

You will not get banned. I have been doing it for months just use a link shortener.

Why would you work to promote fiverr? Suppose they decide to ban you for whatever reason, wouldn't you like to control the links? Use your own shortener, they're not hard to install, or else some kind of redirect.
