For now I have a list of around 100 sites with DA 60-92, where you can post ******** backlinks. Is it possible to gain profit from Fiverr?
For now I am aiming at 300$ per month.
What would suggest for this niche?

Try both. Don't focus on just one platform. It takes 15-mins to create a Fiver Gig and probably the same length for an SEO CLERK listing. Therefore, you can test two platforms at the same time and check their results. With Fiverr, you can make your gig cheap until you get a few reviews and raise it again.

How much would you pay, for example, for 25 ******** backlinks with DA 60-92?

Right now, your competition is charging: $10 - $80. i wouldn't pitch volume, but how powerful your links are and can contribute to his/her business. I'd start the price off at $10 - $15 to start getting orders and reviews. For reviews, just ask for it and you'll build extra links. Once you get 3+ positive reviews, pump the price up to $20-$30 and see if you can still maintain order volume (more or less).

SEOclerks has much more cheaper gigs for the same services. Look out for spam ones though!

Just checked some.
How can they sell 80 backlinks from different DA 100 sites?
I know only 2 sites with this high DA.

Well, I'm not aiming at 2k each week, I'm not gonna conquer market, just pinch something for myself.
 
In my point of view, You can try on BHW, Fiverr and SEO Clerk. These three platforms are getting more traffic, So you can try these and best of luck for your service.
