Fiverr levels removed

I've been using fiverr honestly for quite a while. I've mainly been selling SEO stuff and have managed to even grab a few levels while at it. However, I received a warning out of the blue and with it went all my hard earned levels. This was because I wasn't sure if I can send a refund by cancelling an already completed order or if I had to send it via paypal instead, and was pondering about it with a customer. Nothing was sent outside fiverr though. No paypal emails were provided or not even a single link that leads outside fiverr. It was the first time someone had an issue, so I wasn't sure how to give a refund and I didn't want my 100% reputation to suffer after a thousand orders.

This is the message I received for doing so:

"It seems that you have provided or offered a direct payment to another user, which besides being uncool, violates our Terms of Service

Please note that such warning may affect your eligibility for Levels and other features, as well as your account status. "

My question is, has anyone had their levels removed ever? Can you get them back?

Are there any good fiverr clones with lots of users and fast payments?

If you didn't actually do anything wrong, you should try contacting them.

Also, you should probably make accounts on the most popular fiver clones either way, you'll get some extra orders.

I had a level 2 account but it got removed because I didn't sell anything for a couple of months. Not sure about your situation though.

I was level 2 account and then Fiverr made me level 1 because of some problems with several customers.
The good news is that I'm again level 2 seller without lifting my finger.
So, be cool and you will gain your level again. More orders delivered on time will definitely help you to get your old ranking.

Their ranking system is VERY unstable that I've been promoted, demoted then promoted to level 2 countless times. Just do what you normally do and you might get it back but I think your situation is a little different given that your account got flagged for TOS violation.

You should have contacted the support when the refund issue arose, they're normally friendly and will abide.

Try to contact them now and explain the problem, although I doubt they'll honor your request, just give it a try and report back.

Sorry to hear about your misfortunes, I don't know anybody these kind of incidence has happened to but I believe it can be restored with time. And in your own case, you didn't provide an email or communication means, talking to their customer care representative and elaborating the issue, also stating you didnt contact your buyer directly and providing evidence is likely to solve the issue.

You should also try alternatives like tenbux or gigpayrr which has automated set on the system level.

These days You cannot Rely Entirely on fiverr you need to post your gigs on sites like Outsourcerr (dhot khom) which would pay you triple the commission /sale .Also fiverr these days seems to be hard on its Users .
