Hey guys, I was doing some testing with Fiverr and gig ranking. I noticed that a lot of people are doing review exchange. I got myself one review for my gig (but I did it in more sophisticated way so it is not looking suspicious). Is there a possibility that Fiverr can file a lawsuit over some one bs review?

They wouldn’t bother. If anything they’d just ban you for abusing the system.

If Fiverr were to suspect or catch sellers exchanging reviews for rankings it's more likely they will remove them from the platform for no given reason. I hired a graphic designer back in 2017 and a few days ago I was able to contact him and he told me they closed his account for no reason and he had to open a new one. They won't waste time filing lawsuits on hustlers (people working for bread and butter).

Review exhange has become the norm these days.
They'll ban you. Won't bother furthermore.

if they sue for every exploit in their site, they will go bankrupt. lawsuit is expensive, even so when it's international lawsuit.
they woul just warning ,or ban your acc
