Fiverr journey to $100/day

Hello, BHW friends. English is not my native language, so please don't be harsh on me if i make some mistakes. I've decided to start a journey just to keep me motivated and eventually I hope that i will achieve my goal one day. So, i've joined fiverr 3 months ago, but not create a gig. I needed some services. Anyway a few days ago I've decided to create a gig in the logo design niche(I'm actually a good graphic designer, specialized in logo designing). I've created my gig on 08.11.14 and updated all the information, portfolio, etc. I'll just break into pieces the next few days, after i've created the gig.

Day 1

I've created and Updated all the information for my gig. I've got like 100 gig views, 25 clicks, 75 social gig views and no orders on the first day. I've also made one fiverr exchange and posted my gig into ~10 facebook fiverr groups. I've purchased a 30 sec video(from fiverr guys) representing what i do and what my gig is about and uploaded it on fiverr and youtube(I have like 5 clicks on my youtube video 1 week after).

So.. I need your help guys. I've got no orders today... My gig was never featured or something. I don't know if I have to change something or it was just one time my gig going viral for a few days and thats it. I've been so busy the last two days and I've got like 2-3 orders LATE + 1 negative review. I've also changed my avg delivery time from 1 day to 2 days, dunno if this affected my gig or not. I'm new to fiverr and all the features there, unfortunately I didn't know that there was a VACATION button...I coulda go for it for two days instead of delivering the orders late. So I need an advice, should I wait a few days and see how my gigs goes or should I change something like the delivery time back to 1 day or smth else...or even delete this gig and make a new one, almost the same. Actually if deliver some orders late or my rating got lowered can I fix this with deleting and creating new gig or i should go for entirely new account(the two months delay kinda sux). Also I'm so close to level two..like 7-8 orders away, if I don't get any orders tomorrow too, I'll just go for some exchanges. Here are some statistics for my gig :

Earning : $184 earned + $136 upcoming revenues
Avg. Selling price : $8
Positive rating : 97%
Reviews : 20 Positive, 1 Negative, 8 not rated
Orders cancelled : 4%

As you see if you add the upcoming revenues, I've made $320 for 8 days, which is actually $40/day and that's awesome, but I think there is just a little blast when you create a new gig, fiverr just helps you with getting some orders and if it doesn't go viral then you gig kinda "die".

I've got to level TWO, which is awesome, but my gig is going under the radar of the clients. Day 11 was when I was with a video with not so good preview, so I've removed the video and went back to my portfolio profile picture. Day 11 was such a bad day, today is kind of the same till now. Everything got lower and conversation rate between gig views/clicks is so low, I guess that is because of the video. Fiverr says that the gigs with video make more sells, but not in my situation I guess, so I've removed it and we will see how the next few days will go. I've created one more gig and I'm going to make 2 exchanges for it. The second gig is still in the graphic design niche. Also today I've cancelled one order... I'm currently with 98% overall rating and 4.8 stars by 27 reviews. Got 2 orders in queue and 1 day on average to deliver the order.

Any advices how to get my gig higher in the recommended category ? Also any suggestions how/where to promote my gig ? So far I've promoted it only in facebook groups. Thanks.

I've already added all 3 extras without the express delivery one, because my avg. delivery time is 1 day. I've got only one good day with 5 or more orders within the last few days. My gig went way too far in the recommended category, because of the new gigs. So I'll purchase some other fiverr gig's to promote my gig in the social media. We will see how this will turn out, will probably spend ~$20. Also im going to focus more on marketing and promoting my gig everywhere I can.

I also had the same problem... my gig was getting lots of orders in the beginning but drastically dropped after a week. After that I was getting a few orders every other day. Good luck on your journey OP.

When searching for gigs there are three tabs of results; highest rated, recommended and new. I guess a lot of people click on the 'new' tab.

And there we go... 1 order per day... I've ordered some social marketing campaigns from fiverr(fb/tw shares) thats why I have 1k+ gig views on day 13, but still 1 order, so I guess that was not worth. I'm going to make one more gig today or tomorrow, it is again in the graphic design niche, but more targeted. So I was thinking about that blast of orders in the first week, is there a way to delete my gig and recreate it on new account or something ? If not should I got for a similiar gig with the same portfolios for example or i'll get banned ? If I can repeat this every week I could get some stable results. Also I was thinking to buy 5-10 orders to my gig from another account, so I can have atleast 5/10 + orders in queue, buyers love to see that the gig has a lot of orders in queue, also I've read somewhere that if you just buy your gig 10 times from another account and don't even put information to start the order, the order will be cancelled in 30 days and you will get ur money back as a fiverr balance. Anyway I guess I will leave that first gig for now and focus on the two new gigs and try to get them blasted with orders like the first one.

I know dude, that's so strange, so I guess the only way to keep getting a lot of orders is maybe if you go from the new tab to the recomennded and then directly to the high rating or smth like that, it's almost impossible thou. Thanks.

I don't know if that's true, but it may be. Fiverr gives chance to the new arrivals and put them in the recommended tab, that's where you go for high rated seller or die trying. Also the new tab is your only chance in the saturated niches like graphic design, seo, etc.

Well, I've shared a link to my gig+small description in every fiverr related fb group, I've also shared it in every niche specific group. Yesterday I've bought like 4 gigs to share&tweet my link to millions, still a lot of views, but no orders. Thanks.

Fiverr is really one very good platform to show your talent there but sometimes it depends on your LUCK.
Next what I hate in Fiverr that they first keep $1 out of $5 and then the clearance will be after 15 days.

That's true. Unfortunately it really depends on luck, but I'm pretty sure that it wont be factor if I work hard. I don't care about the fees, I just want to increase the volume of orders. Thanks!

Well..don't know what to say, such bad days. I've made one exchange on my other gig, but it's not in the recommended tab, so I've got like 30-40 views for 3-4 days. I'm going for one more gig in the graphic design niche in the next few days, but first I want to be sure that I will have atleast 2xGig exchanges. Then I'll probably go for another category besides the graphic design, so I can spread my gigs all over the site. Not much happened in the last few days.
