Fiverr is playing a bad-cop game with Freelancers..!

My level has been downgraded by Fiverr for no keeping up the performance...!

Your Account no longer meets the Requirements for level your Status .. says Fiverr!
The following was your performance at the end of the Evaluation period:

- Respond Rate 100%
- Order Completion 67%
- O Time delivery 100%
- Rating 5.0

We have removed the Level badge from your account along with the benefits that come with it.

It won't surprise me if they came up with (If you don't sale any Gig within X Period of time then you are not eligible to sale on Fiverr) .. I mean there's a reason they called Freelancing and it shouldn't be like a force Job (Make us money or you don't deserve our level) .. good think i wasn't depending only on this or it would've F****ed me up.

The Point of the Post is .. If you really serious about making Fiverr a source of income in any way .. be careful and keep up with their o_ORequiremento_O...!

I had the same thing last month. it was really unexpected because I always complete my orders. I dont know if it was an error in their system, or it was perhaps an order that had be cancelled by mutual agreement at some point.

Anyway, the following month all of my percentages went back up to 100% and I got the level 2 badge back - so hopefully the same will happen for you.

One good thing I notice about these changes though - you can now see the requirements for each level (I dont think that information was available previously was it?).
 
The best thing a freelancer can do is setting up his own website to offer his service. Fiverr and other freelancer websites take huge commissions (especially upwork with their 20% fee). Get clients from Fiverr but redirect them to your own website for recurring jobs.
 
That's one of the biggest problems in freelancing. You can be f***ed up by somebody else :C

Yeah, mate am sure this gonna effect many Sellers because there are some things that is out of sellers control .. like how many orders you will get within the evaluation time.

I couldn't agree more .. owning your own platform it the way to go because there's a lot of things that can go wrong that might prevent you from keeping up with the These Requirements.

Exactly. Same reasons behind why shopify sellers are migrating to own magento stores - selling on your own terms in full control.
 
This is horrible. Fiverr is a great platform for meeting amazing talent and I have personally hired several people for life on there. Keep working hard and I hope everything gets better!
 
It's honestly sad since many people on the site work so hard for so little. The 1% makes the big bucks while the 99% suffer. Not good.
 
Fiverr deleted my best selling gig after 6 months without giving any notice .Since then i haven't earned anything from fiverr . i learned my lesson .Never put all your eggs in one basket .

I will suggest to find alternate ways to sell your services instead of fiverr

Do you have an idea on best way to drive traffic to my own site?
I dont mind going for paid traffics but when i check on google adwords, they charge so high for a cick about $3 to $7 for a click.
