Fiverr increase price rate for buyer

First, if I am posting it in wrong section, please mod move it to right section.
My question, I use paypal to purchase on fiverr daily base, but today I see they start charging $1 as fee. means instead of $5.5 they now charge $6 for 1 gig purchase.
Is it just me or rest of you guys also saw this problem?

This problem is only for you . now they are charging to all of the buyers for each and every order.

it can be beneficial to the bulk buyers, previously if ordered amount of $20, you will have to pay $2 service fees, now the fee is $1 for the same order

Yes they are now charging $6.00 up from 5.50.
