Fiverr hit me with their bs

I created my Fiverr account around February and started getting traction in June. (To be fair, I didn't promote my gigs) Fiverr just hit me with the verify your ID bs. The problem is that I just took a picture off of Google to use as the profile picture. Any way I can avoid getting my account suspended or did I mess up?

I don't think those two things are connected. Unless the owner of the picture filed a dmca or something, the id verification is just for verification. Just go ahead and submit the doc. See what happens. You have nothing to lose lol.

I have had this notice but it in the email they stated that the picture was not original and that they found it elsewhere online. I changed it to a picture of a flower I took and all was good. I was not asked for ID's

Final update, in case anyone was interested. I put my sim in another device and verified my identity that way. My account got restored. Everything seems to be fine, & I'm back to earning on Fiverr.

Just an update.
I couldn't verify my account due to some sort of bug that Fiverr has. I've contacted support. My account was restricted regardless. Support has forwarded my ticket to their tech team.
It's a waiting game from now on.
Will see what happens.
