Fiverr help needed please

I have some $xxx in my fiverr account. When I try to withdraw it says contact support. I contacted support and they're asking me for identity proof. My fiverr account name is random and doesn't exist. I'm also not able to change name after this.
My fiverr account is pretty old and I withdraw more than 5K and had no problem before.

What if I create new fiverr seller account with my real identity and use the balance from my old Fiverr account to buy gigs from my new account?

Do you suggest this?

I think it’s a good idea but make sure you don’t leave and trace like the same IP, etc.

Also, you may ask other people who have gigs on Fiverr and ‘buy’ their services and split the money.

Do you know if fiverr checks/monitor inboxes of seller/buyer?
Because I doubt I will find anybody outside of fiverr willing to do this
 
I don’t know if they check it but they might. You could try and find some people here at BHW by posting in ‘Hire a freelancer’ but make sure the person is trustworthy.
 
I remember reading about similar problems. Use the BHW ‘search’. Maybe you will get some ideas.
 
As suggested, find a trustworthy seller to split up. They want you to spend your money in the platform anyways.

contact support and send them your REAL identity proof, the need that for anti-money laundry regulation, they don't really care if you registered with fake internet name/nickname
i had it with several fiverr account and i managed to retrieve all funds.

anyway the other method you suggested will also work, but then you will lose fee % fiverr takes for each sell

Sounds like a solid advice, use that :)
 
I would also recommend you to contact support and provide ID proof. This is the best option for now and future.

Good idea but do some feedback from your old account, there are few peoples who offer Review exchange offer try that too. try to get feedback from multiple accounts
 
they did this bs to me a couple of years ago, asking me to send a photo of myself holding mt id plus a pic of mt id
I told them that I ain't sending any photos,and they are not allowed to request gov id for BS reasons.
I told them that my pp is verified account meaning that I have ID, Bank account verified with them already, and they approved it
 
Best way is to find a trust worthy guy (Beware of newbie accounts or non jrvip accounts) who also is on fiverr. you buy fake service from him and he returns you the money later.
 
Recently I have verified my FIverr ID. My Fiverr is random and my real name id different

It does not matter your fiverr account name what is!! When you try to identity verify you have to give real ID photo and selfie with ID card.
 
wow they really ask for a selfie of you holding your card????
It's a big no-no for me as I'm aware of identity theft it's a real nightmare to overcome it when it occurs.
I hope they won't ask me to do this, I guess they ask it for big earners. For the moment they always paid me without asking anything (hundreds per month only).

Btw OP you can also use a service like secondeye's one, he provides documents for that kind of problem.
 
I believe their system can be genuinely daunting sometimes but you can try
