I found when I started my fiverr business, simply doing great work fast and efficiently at a lower rate than others worked well. Being involved with their community forums helps as well.

The fiverr forum has tons of tips for sellers and buyers. I'm not exactly sure what kind of example you're looking for? It could take some time before you receive your first order, and once you do, that's a shoe in. Especially if you receive a positive review.

Make your profile appealing and stand out from the other gigs within your niche.
