Fiverr gigs

Hello guys I am back I was on fiverr like 2 years or year and half ago. I made about 200$ in month then I stopped because of time. Now I am looking to start again to get few extra $ online. So my questions are:
1. It is still worth?
2. What is popular at the moment? (what kind of gigs)
3. Is there still any self buying & rating tricks and that ?

I have also been looking to get back on Fiverr as a seller after being away for 2 years. It seems to be very challenging to get your gig shown in front of buyers to get those first few sales. My research indicates that selling outside of Fiverr (forums, etc.) is the way to go to get things started. It is not that easy to find out what the popular gigs are with the new Fiverr front end. From my research based on total number of votes, the most popular gigs are link building, article writing, voice overs and banner creation.

What do you look for in "testimonials"?

Yes Fiverr is worth it. Just look through the gigs and find the popular ones, see if they are services you can provide yourself. Fiverr is the 69th most visited site in the US and 132nd in the world. Theres plenty of room to make money

You can use fiverr as a trial service for customer, if they like you and your service you can upsell them after that. If it sells, its definitely worth it.
