Mostly ratings are faked!purchased reviews!and the guys who arent marketing dont get that much exposure even if the service is great

When outsourcing all the stuff that involves onsite is OK (ie design, making videos, content creation etc). You can really mess up there. Its only off site stuff its really hard to find good people.
