Fiverr gigs not showing in search

Good day guys,

I noticed that the last week or so, all gigs that are published do not show in Fiverr search using the keywords in the title, they only show after I use keyword in title + filter by COUNTRY for example or Newest arrivals.

Kindly check yourself as I tried to contact customer support but I only receive a generic answer.

I published over 5 gigs and the issue remains, gigs only show after I use filters. I checked other sellers who just published their gigs within the last 7 days, same thing their gigs only show after using I search for same keyword in title + Newest Arrivals filter.

I made over 10k in the last 2 months with Fiverr so I know definitely there is issue with their algorithm just want to confirm with other members selling on the same platform.

Is the gig at least 24Hrs old after you posted?

Their Algo isn't limited to search only they do emails as well for clients who searched or used previous services.

To better understand the Algo I'll suggest you also try Fiverr as a client and take note of what you get using a different IP if course.
 
Samething happened with me I don't know why. But i will wait till this month because any search take time for results or updates
 
Hello! I am facing the same issue right now. My gigs are gone for 5 weeks already. According to Fiverr, this is not a glitch, but a punishment. You have received negative feedbacks from the private surveys, which of course are invisible for us.

This has nothing to do with negative feedback. You can check yourself, all the gigs for example that were published for Shopify keyword, you can find the newest arrivals but if you try to search for those same newest gigs you will not find them in normal search pages without using any of the filters.

I know exactly how to rank gigs. I have over 5 accounts all of my gigs are ranked page 1. over 30 gigs.

This just happened recently. We checked from different RDPs, called friends to search our newest published gigs, same thing gigs dont appear in normal pages. They only appear if we type the keyword in the title + use Newest arrivals for example/ or we use the keyword + Online seller/country where seller lives in ...etc
 
Contact the Support , they have an gig status check , you may contact them , they would easily fix this !

I did contact them, they just gave me a generic answer.

We already know the status of our all newly published gigs, they are ACTIVE but as I said all gigs that were published recently don't show in the normal search page I hope you guys understand what I am talking about.

If you publish a gig right now, even after 48 hours you will not find it if you search using the keyword in the title.

It will only appear if you search using the keyword in the title + filter by newest arrivals/seller online ...etc

Search for example for Shopify keyword, then filter by Newest arrivals, pick any of the gigs and remember their thumbnail. Now, if you go back and search for keyword Shopify and press search, even if you search all the pages the gig will not appear unless you add a filter to it.
 
I think this is happening for new gigs only did you try to add reviews to those gigs maybe fiverr will index them to be seen from a simple keyword search without filters

We tried adding 2 to 3 reviews per gig but still gigs are not being indexed. We tried from 3 different fiverr accounts all level 2 still same issue.
 
I think it's okay. In my case That could take weeks. I didn't count exactly how many days
 
any news? does fiverr fixed this or you still have the problem.
 
give some time to gig show on search results, if is not contact support

if u get bad reviews then fiverr make ur gig bakward try to get more positive review
 
the fact that am not seeing any buyers request makes the whole thing annoying for me, my GIGS do get impressions and clicks, but no one is ordering, getting 1.8k impressions and 22 clicks with no single order, not even a message, i gave one review to my GIG though...
 
Normally the gig url should show in the search results. May be you can try contacting their support?
