You can run a paid ad to make your gig appear on the first page.
 
You need to use unique keywords that are less than the competition and also use your social media in a good way to get your gigs to the top of fiver.
 
What if I got a gig on SEO having 100+ reviews and changing it to new GIG like web design service. Write the GIG with proper keywords and descriptions, FAQs.

As I know URL will remain same as old. So Will it rank?
 
I am surprised that paid reviews are not a thing unless you want to go to individuals. It's a bit odd that it's not more commodified
