How can you "fail"? You are clearly still alive, and well enough to be at your PC, so why aren't you hard at work trying to get orders? Multiple people have all ready posted methods to get orders. /facedesk

My guess is that your gig is one of the thousand similar gigs on Fiverr. Try to do something that no one else is offering. Another thing you can do is offer more in your gig... For example, if your gig is for writing 500 word articles, go that extra step and write 1000 words. If your designing logos, make it clear in your gig that you will design 2 or 3 different logos to choose from. Once you have a good reputation and some positive comments, you'll get the ball rolling.
You need a few fake reviews that make the gig look active. I am always put off by a gig with no reviews, as many of them have been set up and forgot about, so you have doubts whether the gig will be completed or not. This is why I always go for active gigs, so I do not need to waste my time going back and forth to Fiverr, I know instantly that the gig will be completed.

If you get a lot of page views, try and see what your gig lacks compared to others, double what it has and what it lacks, reopen the gig or make a new one, and then keep tweaking and testing until u get results (sales). On Fiverr it isn't really "hard" to be smart and sharp or to take advantage of something like negative reviews from your competition to place your gig on top. Just make sure your quality is perfect and you just need to either buy sales or wait for sales.

People stay away from gigs they can't trust.
If your gig is new, with no proven track, its more likely that you will get no orders.
Try to get the feedbacks using exchange groups and so to make your gig look promising.
Thats all you can do right now & wait till the orders start to flow.

Op, its really frustrating when you log in to your fiverr account and see no order while your pageviews etc are on the rise. As some here suggested, it will be great if you could get some reviews(make sure you provide quality stuff, if its an article or whatever). The thing is that even if I(still got to get a a sale on fiverr) want to order a gig i will have to see reviews. So go join a review exchange program and start banking HARD!!

As others mentioned, Fiverr is very saturated at this point so it can be difficult to be found....and then a lack of reviews won't make you very desirable.
Think about what makes your gig better or more unique than others and focus on highlighting that part. Also, advertise outside of Fiverr more than just letting your gigs sit.

if you want to get the ball rolling on your gig start by doing few review exchanges,posting on forums,doing paid advertising,building backlinks,social media marketing etc.
I agree with what folks have already said about getting reviews for your gigs. Check the exchanges or you can create a small number of other accounts to only buy from your gigs and give you good reviews. Make sure you have other Paypal accounts to associate with these fiverr accounts.
Also, you need to make sure you have an 'attractive' profile (including picture) so that potential buyers can see that you are real. It's all about giving people enough so that they feel they can trust you.
