fiverr ebook cover gig recomendations?

I need to get an ebook cover created. Both ebook style and flat for kindle. Getting the PSD would be a plus.

Can anyone recommend a person on fiverr that you have been happy with as far as creating and designing ebook covers?

Actually, just look at the featured ones with good recs and thumbs up and you are good to go. They will show you examples

With my luck, each time I do that I usually end up with nothing close to what I expected. Was hoping for personal recommendations from some members here. They always seem to turn out better, at least for me.
