Fiverr dispute

Hi

I have gigs on fiverr. I m seller.

Some customers take back the money ( dispute ) after they get the work done

I wrote on the support line, but they said they were not involved with us.

Is there any idea what I can do in this case

They get the commission, but they dont protect us

Did you mean PayPal disputes?
When someone claim a PayPal dispute, Fiverr blocks that account.
 
They check proof of work done for a dispute. If you have any proof that is.
 
I sent all proofs but still no help
 
just do what all scammer there do
keep cancelling mutual dispute
its why i stay away from fiverr many seller deliver badly thenif you try to dispute act like that
 
You're probably screwed, fiverr usually finds in favour of the buyer. Back when I was selling on fiverr I got scammed by a BHW world member. I managed to track him down here, found out he was still broke, and so I stopped caring so much.
 
This is a huge loophole. By $1000+ worth of services, then dispute. All fiverr does is take your money, give back to owner, and screw your over.

vice versa the sellers do the same shit
short deliver or mal deliver to thousands and that to each buyer
its a much bigger problem

I dont know how many times i bought and one of those skunky sellers reported it as delivered when NOTHING was delivered just to extend the delivery time or to sneak it through without delivering anything as they know a lot of people dont monitor
sellers cause a lot more harm and on a much wider scale

Those issues, you can report. But, disputes fiverr can't handle, obviously, so sellers have more issues than buyers. Buyers can avoid sellers but sellers can't avoid buyers, simple as that.

Sellers can report too :)
So how does a buyer get out of this dispute loop unless he lives in fiverr like a plant?
Buyer disputes for legit reason
seller cancels dispute or mutal cancel request
buyer disputes again
seller then does the same
this goes on untill the buyer gets tired or goes to support
its extremely annoying for us buyers

buyer has to go to support sometimes support just sends it back and says sort it out other times you get a refund


Any case, no way fiverr will ever jeapourdize their income. Buyers pay the bills. They can remove LQ sellers, there are plenty for each search.

Difference is, there is a LOT more potential for thievery from sellers
As 1 seller may do this to 1000's of people
and there are hundreds of not thousands of sellers doing this
So hundreds of thousands or even over a million scams by sellers

and I think there are just very few buyers
so the amount of scams from buyers is very minimal in comparison :)

I had started in Fiverr as a content writer to test the platform. The buyers are definitely protected on fiverr and the support gives no damn about the sellers. some of the worst things about fiverr atleast around 2 years back were:
- new gig had almost no chance of getting orders. Either you sell extremely cheap or have a out of the world unique selling point that also by the way has huge demand. basically find your blue ocean.
- buyer can order 10 quantities at once and all you get is a single review. This was a huge disappointment as i gave discounts on bulk content. But i used to to do that only for reviews. Alas after a 50 dollar order all I got was SINGLE review.
- while fiverr charges 20% straight from your earnings yet there is absolutely zero protection from scammers. I remember how a scammer cancelled order 3 times only to get new articles everytime (i was 50 positive with 0 negative reviews)
- while you can open a dispute but all that is in vain since scammers shadowing as buyers are protected, no matter what

P.S: i have stopped wasting time on fiverr.

Ive bought over 50+ services from Fiverr over the years and nearly 45+ I had to dispute cause they did not deliver as advertised.
I gave them options to correct but they either did not, did the same, or cheated in some other way.
IMO a buyer disputing a lot does not mean they are scamming just means the service provided and the sellers were LQ
