Fiverr Customer Suppor

    Hi guys. I'm opened this thread to warn others and to show everyone that the guys that offer support on fiverr are completely retarded.
    Yes,I know that I'm using hard words...but they are retarded .

    A few months ago,4-5 months to be exact my account got suspended because I was working together with my sister on fiverr,of course we both had our accounts. Since we worked from home we used the same Internet Service Provider. We contacted fiverr and asked them if we are allowed to have 2 different accounts from the same IP address since 2 people were working from the same house and they said that as long as we are different person it should be a problem. After a few months,both of our accounts got disabled with the reason '' multiple accounts '' even though we actually made the first step and asked politely if we can have 2 accounts,mentioning that we are living in the same house and using the same ISP .

    Good... we moved on after they banned both accounts and I created a new account 3 months ago which I managed to rank on the first page on a specific category from the site.
    Today, after 4-5 months since our previous 2 accounts got disabled,we contacted support in order to withdraw our remaining revenues from the suspended accounts. Of course, they let us do that , and just after we withdrew the money , the new account ( only account that we have now ) was disabled for... guess what ( multiple accounts ) .

    So that...fucked up face 'Ryan' or something like that... activated our previous accounts and then disabled our new account ( 3 months of age ) due to the reason mentioned above.

    Of course,I contacted support and was very polite as usual when talking to them and I just said that we don't have multiple acccounts and that he activated our former accoutn so we can take the money from there...
    The other account was suspended and in their TOS there is no mention that you can't open a new account in case you got your account suspended.

    We tried to explain again,read the TOS carefully again ... but we just received blank answers in return :)

    [*][COLOR=#333333]I don't have multiple accounts. My other account was suspended,it was not in any kind of use. I only have one account and after reading the tos it doesn't say that if you get your account disabled,you are not allowed to create a new one. 
    I think that this is a mistake,please reconsider[/COLOR]

I only have one account which is ' rodesigners ' and I haven't got any other account since my former account got suspended. I read the TOS carefully before starting a new account in order to avoid any kind of trouble and it doesn't says anywhere that if an account gets suspended,you're not allowed to create a new one.[/COLOR]
