In the world of Online Money Making you often have to deal with your fair share of Customer Service Emails in some form.

I got this one today from Fiverr. My Gig has been up for two days.

"Hi darren9682,

Our community editors found that a cover photo you've added to the gig: "Make This HD Intro" does not meet our content guidelines.

Cover photos are a great tool for enhancing buyers' experience, but only if they are made using the highest quality, composition and color matching. Our community editors and designers only approve Cover Photos that meet those standards.

Common reasons why a Cover Photo may be rejected:

Cover photo is not a banner. Cover photos are meant to help you make your gig page look richer and more compelling.
You must own the copyrights of the uploaded photo. Photo must be taken by you, no stock photography please!
Image quality must be high. Make sure lighting is optimal and that your image is razor sharp.
Do not use the same image as any of your gig photos.
No stock photography please.
Photo subject must be related to your gig.
Image must be full frame, side to side (no white or other flat color backgrounds please).
Do not add text to your photo.
Each cover photo can be used for one Gig only.
Thanks,

The Fiverr Team."

Here is where the annoyance happens.
1. I have three gigs all named "Make This HD Intro"
2. All of their requirements were met
3. They never told me which of them they never approved me for.

It's a growing trend with online services now days to put zero effort into providing a good solid customer service, Anyone else ever had any issues like this?

this is the first time i hear of this kind of problem, many people use photos that they simply find online...
fiverr is acting super weird lately...

You're still selling on Fiverr? Jeez.

You're on BHW now. You should be outsourcing Fiverr gigs!

Also Fiverr customer service is the worst I've EVER had! EVER!!!

fiverr can be a great place to start your IM venture, especially if you are just starting out
and don't have a lot of resources... plus there are lots of people who earn a ton of cash daily
with fiverr, their costumer support is pretty bad but they are growing rapidly so these things happen,
just like ebay for example... there's a HUGE difference between fiverr and the BHW bst section...

don't compare apples and oranges...

well, you said that fiverr was bad so i was assuming that you are saying
that it's better to sell here at BHW, but now i see that you meant something else...
