Fiverr customer refuses to accept

    Hi, I just sold a service to a customer at Fiverr, I delivered the document and marked it as completed. But the customer refuses to accept it and keep trying to cancel the order, he states that he already knew the information that were in that document and now he's calling me a scammer and so on.. What can I do? I just want my damn money cause I gave him the information that was requested...

    Complain to fiverr support. They will review and decide.

    Yep contact support. If it doesn't work out, I guess you'll just have to take the $5 hit and move on (factor it in as the cost of doing business).

    As ziplack suggest you, cancel the order and move on. If he accept the order, he will lieve you a negative feedback, which will cost you much more than $4. Building your reputation is the most important. You will meet many customers like him, always protect your reputation, cancel their orders and avoid the bad feedbacks.

    Yes there are idiots on fiverr. I recently sold a script, and the buyer said he already had it and its not working, while other buyers say it works. He left a negative feedback when I asked him to allow me to install it properly on his site. So basically he wanted to get the script and then get back his money lol. I contacted support about it. Lets see what they say.

    You can never prove that the person didn't already have the information. For that matter how do you know that the person isnt on here? Mate ALL SELLING IS RISKY.. no matter how big you are or what you sell. Some bugger will always be there to steal it, break it, crack it, or have their hand in your pocket. It happens in every business and its even called Good Business in so many circumstances. EVEN Google are one of the MASTERS of 'aquiring things that aint theirs!'

    Hey an awful lot of folk here on this forum invest alot of time, effort and money into 'relieving rightful owners' of their hard earned stash! Just be grateful its only a fiver and move on...!

    This is not worth the trouble. Refund his money and move on. The time and trouble you're creating for yourself, with your "client" posting negativity all over you fiverr gig just isn't worth it. It's better to just refund and save your gigs reputation than to draw this out into a long and unpleasant affair over $5. It's just not worth it. There will be other gigs.

    Don't hold on to those $4, let them go mate. A negative feedback on your gig can easily deter so many potential buyers from buying your gig in future.

    If you are not ready to give up then contact fiverr support and let me know about your situation.

    fiverr support is useless and this is why fiverr is very buyer buyer friendly and penalize sellers for many things. Fiverr support will deny involving in the matter and tell you to solve the problem with the buyer yourself. Ultimately you would cancel the order and that scammer buyer in the system keeps on scamming other seller...

    Nothing new. These things just happen on daily basis to numerous sellers on fiverr. Even I've been a victim of this. I just gladly cancelled the order. It's not a matter of winning or losing, instead it's the potential customers whom you may lose due to the negative feedback these bastards leave.
