Fiverr customer never came back

Today is the 25th day that i delivered the order of a customer on fiverr and order is marked as completed, Now what do , because my main concern is to get feedback and star ratings from him, I am not getting feedback its not my fault as already done his work.Should i contact fiverr support?

Maybe send a message tot he customer through his order thread and ask for feedback first.
 
That kinda sucks. Do you have any other customers to get feedback from?

i already have customers ,they gave me feedback for my work, but what they have to do with this customer? i didnt get you!!!
 
I was just thinking that if you had a customer pool to get good feedback from then this customer not giving you feedback at all
wouldn't hurt that much.

I know feedback is important on Fiverr. However, if the person isn't responding at all I don't know what you could do.

Maybe asking Fiverr customer service to reach out to that customer would be a good next step.
 
Next time ask the customer to put feedback after they completed the order. If they won't then let them be.
I do this on mine and it works (at least its better than nothing).

"Please leave a feedback/testimonial after you confirm the delivery as completed. It means a lot to me."
 
Some customers won't give reviews, no matter what. Just the name of the game.

Keep delivering high quality services and you'll increase your reviews over time.

Bro do you review each purchase on Amazon or Ebay? Probably not. Most people don't leave reviews. This is to be expected.
 
You can't force someone to leave a review, it's like forcing someone to leave a tip.
Get new customers some of them will do reviews!
 
No review is better than:

3 Stars: Great service but hassling me nonstop for review.
 
May be he is waiting to check quality of the delivery by giving enough time. Check on profile when he signed in last time.
 
I sometimes don't give reviews since I only found the experience ok and I feel like leaving no review is better than the 3 star review I was going to leave. If I have a 3 star experience it's not even worth my time to write a review to be honest. I usually only give a review if it was horrible or excellent so my reviews are very polarizing.
 
You're clearly new to fiverr. A lot of customers don't give feedback. Get used to it.
 
It's common . They are not obligated to give review. Customer support won't help you on this.
 
Also, the option to leave a review disappears after a while.
