I know people exchanging fiverr reviews to boost their gigs, nothing more.

i have people who sell fiverr reviews . but the most important things in fiverr is to get a position in Recommended Category .

If your gig is cheaper than other sellers you will get more real orders. So if you have enough real orders and are getting them faster than others then your gig will rank best. For example if your gig is for 10 PBN backlinks you can sell those for $5 for 10 backlinks from trustflow 10 pages. Then in the same gig you have a $10 option for 10 backlinks from trustflow 15 pages, and then a $20 option for 10 links from trustflow 20+ pages. And then another upsel for articles. So this same gig can be sold for $5 to one person and $100 to another.

If 90% of the buyers are $5 customers then there's a chance to get dozens, perhaps hundreds of orders a month and beat everyone else in volume. This is 100% whitehat and I've never tried it but the idea just came to me. I think other people are doing it, that's why you see dirt cheap gigs which look almost like lossmakers but they're not: they're review gigs that the seller is getting without paying fake account holders for reviews.
