Actually based off what you said I dont think he scammed you. You asked for 1.5 mill views and it seems you got the views as promised but your upset because your vid got suspended

From what i know that is out his hands if your vid get suspended. there is risk when you do blackhat and I'm sure you know this as well. If anything your a scam just as much as him. You were scamming youtube ..

Now to be nice if it was me I maybe would be willing to redo your 1.5 mill views on another vid but I dont think OP owes you anything as long as the views were delivered

But what i would do is fight for your money ofcourse then move to seo clerks. Now rank your name in google with a link to seo clerks so everyone who is trying to find can
 
Selling Facebook Likes is against Fiverr TOS but they allow these gigs and then suspend accounts to make money

Why dont fiverr Stop approving ads related to instagram followers and facebook likes why are they violating their own TOS at the first place ?

And IF OP is in the USA , he better watch out for the IRS. As pissed as the record company is and the heat on fivver, seems the are making him a guinea pig
 
i think you have some different account and thats why they are disable your account . so its like a scam and there is no way! becuase this is impossible to make $8k in 1 month on fivver.
 
Go through their policies and make sure you havn't violated them in anyway. If not, getting a lawyer isnt a bad option :)
