Fiverr Big Scam $$$$$

Guess your gonna have to use seoclerks now (they allow you to sell social media services) but i don't think you can make the same amount you made on fiverr (fiverr has 3 times more members then seoclerks).

yes I know but fiverr is really good i love it because lot of orders :) and soon seo clerks will also have because fiverr just closed many big seller account also like eric11 account also he is like me :) he have over 15000 feedback also fiverr is crazy
 
I think that article pretty much sums it all...

Viewers got their videos banned, they reported you and fiverr closed your account which led to your money loss.
Viewers should have been aware this could happen... I mean, who was thinking of getting 10k real views vs $5? hehe

Fiverr has the right to close your account and take the money earned, however, I think they should refund it to the people who purchased the order.
In either case, I think they will keep the money for themselves, as you have broke the social media TOS and received a ton of negative reviews in regards of your service.

Sorry to hear that, but it looks like Fiverr would have the winning hand here...

you said you were selling "social services" where these facebook likes, twitter followers etc? they are new against fivers TOS, and i heard they were cracking down on it hard.
 
No offense but I'm pretty sure deep down you know what you did... if there was nothing suspicious going on, and if you did absolutely nothing against TOS, then 99.9% of the time, you would be safe... Fiverr won't just "make a mistake" like that... are you using a different "real name" on your Fiverr account than your PayPal account, for example?

You were bombarded with negative feedback on a Wednesday and people were calling you a fraud and saying you used bots. Their accounts were also getting suspended. This is my theory on what happened. When you took a fiverr break, you had no idea what was happening because it all happened quite fast. Google penalized Sony and other big name record companies. Record companies got pissed. They complained to fiverr. The Daily Dot picked it up and used your tapangoldy name. Since you were one of the highest rated sellers of views on fiverr, they made an example out of you to pacify the record companies. You took the fall for everyone else. Fiverr made you the guinea pig. They probably know it's you now even under a different name.

It's most likely a C&D letter that fiverr received. If they had continued, they could've been sued.

If fiverr cancelled all the orders then they are not holding the money, it's returned to the buyers so you did not get scammed.

What? You ordered 3 million black hat fake video views on Youtube and your video got suspended...I don't understand your complaint as long as tapangoldy_ delivered the service.

It would be unrealistic of you to expect those views to stick for the long term IMO...

Seriously. I don't care if the OP is a scammer or not. But to the people who were clamoring for his method, you should be ashamed of yourselfs. I can understand when people fight for food, and water.. That is sad. This is disgusting.

Now as far as the guys complaining about youtube views. If you try to cheat the system, expect some of your shit to get banned. Consider it a cost of doing business. It's not like he didnt deliver the views.

As for the OP. I am sorry to hear your business being interrupted. The only advice I can offer is follow the advice of some of the nicer folks on here and if you continue to use fiverr,

1. atleast use a website and include that in all transactions (so that you can use fiverr not only as income but a lead gen for your business.

2. Have a plan and agreement in place with your views buyers that in the event of a video being disabled/deleted you are covered. You dont have to offer a refund, but you can. Maybe you can offer a free views blast of same or lessor amount, partial refund, or nothing.. Just have it in place. Dont be evil and put it in the fine print, because just like you and the fiverr ToS, no one reads it.

3. Let this serve as a valuable lesson in placing all your eggs in one basket. Learn and grow. Rise out of the ashes and soar higher than before!

I don't think so. It makes perfect sense. When a billion dollar corporation gets their hand slapped, which in turn makes them lose money, someone is going to go down. I think Junkfood00 was right when he said that fiverr was threatened with a lawsuit. The OP was one of the highest fiverr sellers in that niche. He was bound to be chosen as the fall guy.
