Fiverr Big Scam $$$$$

Like many other member, I've had issues with Fiver myself. However, regardless if you were scamming or not, your sales are gone. Forget about it and move on to the next project. If you need another account, buy a private proxy.

That said, if you are just doing the whole postpone to avoid refund timing nonsense, find a better gig. It's old, it obnoxious and shows 0 creativity.

I think you have to fly to them and make a talk with them for your money ...this is really very sorrow thing

Sorry for the money gone as also file a case on them with your lawyer this will help you

Thanks

yes i hired one guy going into them their office 200$ paid to that guy

I think I saw op id (the same one on what he's using now.
I checked the status, his last login was 14 hours ago. I know when a fiverr account deleted, there's simply his profile page lost or disappear.

im sure they received a cease ad desist from instagram and facebook. all sites have been being hit with these
highly possible

OP: even if you comply with fiverr's TOS, you clearly violated the TOS of those social networks, so you shouldn't be surprised, not even for a second, because of you got shut down
if you see others doing the same, it doesn't mean shit (they don't push volume, they have the protection of the fiverr staff, they will be the next one who will be shut down, you're unlucky etc.)

i'm always surprised reading these kind of threads where OP abuses sites, using bots, automated methods, violates TOS and OP ends up getting butthurt when he/she gets shut down, really?! sometimes you just can't get away with it, it's part of the game

to the guy who said above that he got scammed by OP: it's pretty hard to believe if you 2 used fiverr to do business, because they always side with the buyer even if the seller delivered, it's almost impossible to get scammed on fiverr as a buyer
you have 3 days after delivery to review the order which needs to be enough time to make a dispute/refuse the delivery and even after that fiverr support will help you
if you still managed to get scammed somehow, sorry, but i need to say that it's your incompetency, lack of due diligence (ordering a service what can hurt your business even if the seller states the opposite)
or you 2 have done business outside fiverr

to OP: you said you advertised your service elsewhere, so it seems you don't rely on fiverr, you should be able to replicate this leaving fiverr out of the picture keeping in mind that you can get hit with a C&D from those social networks anytime if you grow big enought to worth the hassle for them

i'm just wondering what will fiverr do with OP's revenue, do they refund the buyers even after completed orders or keep the money as extra profit?!

Why dind't you create your own website...? I mean think about it you would have the full amount directly to you...
Just keep sending messages to the support. Untill they reply. And don't stop your bussiness now.. Start over create a website sell your services with 100% earnings for you!

Good luck

Good point. This I learned the hard way after Fiverr kept suspending my gigs on dubious grounds (despite other level 2+ sellers selling the same gigs!). I don't wanna teach you to suck eggs, but always send your Fiverr clients to your site, cut out the middle man, give them an incentive to buy direct from you.

Hope you get this sorted op.

these is not new about fiverr .. always suspend accounts without telling why these accounts are compromised . damn that was huge money .

Wait a minute. I know this name. I have a photographic memory and can remember something I only see once. Not all the time, but a lot of the time. Something isn't right. I'll remember what it is.

Fiverr? why? people think out of the pool dammit!

Sue them bro. That's very good money! ;( Shame on fiverr.
He can't sue because he was breaking the TOS of every social media website out there. What would he say when he goes in front of a judge? "oh ya i was selling facebook fans and even though it's against facebooks policy i still want to sue fiverr for shutting me down" lol.

Is that the account of OP in fiverr?

Nice memory redrubies. I, too, remember tapangoldy. I used to be at fiverr. Saw him at the forums there telling everyone how he made a lot of money. I checked his orders and he had about 90 orders on queue at the time. He was really doing well, I suppose.

To the guy who felt he was scammed, Sorry man. Whether OP deliberately "scammed" you or just that he didn't care much because he had a lot of other customers or some other reason, I guess this proves that what goes around comes around.

at OP,
I just read fiverr's tos.

Posting or sending adult, illegal, rude, abusive, improper, copyright protected, promotional, spam, violent, nonsense or any uncool stuff is strictly prohibited. Doing so will get your account blocked permanently.

By offering a service, the seller undertakes that he has sufficient permissions, rights and/or licenses to provide, sell or resell the service that they offer on Fiverr

This is part of the terms of service you agreed by signing up on fiverr. I'm not sure how good your lawyers are but selling facebook likes and yt views are technically against the terms of service of these sites. I'm pretty sure you'll just be wasting money by suing but who knows...

You made a lot in fiverr. I'm sure you can make a lot more out of it.
