As long as you do almost ALL the work, then it might be good. But the problem is most sellers cut corners unless you give them EVERYTHING and tell them exactly what you want. And even then some ignore you and post crap.

There are some good sellers on Fiverr and some deals are good. But the majority of the "link wheels", "blog comments" etc are all spammed to death and are all useless. Some things are too good to be true, and on Fiverr, there are a load of these things.

Some good things to outsource on Fiverr would be social media backlinks, blog comments etc.

Bad things are Web 2.0 link wheels, manual high PR blog comments and so on.

u sure can, but you need a very particular set of vendors. you also need to develop a strong marketing strategy yourself. you can't just simply give them your money site's URL and hope for the best. it won't work!

The problem with Fiverr is you have to analyze the vendor first and discuss everything in a little detail before you choose one and make a deal. Many of them just won't bring anything good to your site. The main (as always) is the QUALITY.
