Seeing a lot of autopilot websites for sale on fiverr. I am just wondering if these actually work or if it is a scam. Also, if they are real I would like to hear some reviews. Thanks.

It actually doesn't work by SEO also not a scam since most of them aren't claiming anything. If you can drive traffic they may make you some money.

But can you really make money with them? How would you drive traffic to the site?

Driving visitors to a site will be an issue whether one creates a site themself from scratch, or uses a pre-set up one. The Fiverr site is just a time saver for those who might otherwise keep kicking the can around, before getting around to building a site up.
