I don't know about you guys, but I am getting some real resistance from the people on fiverr to doing BH jobs. They are happy to take the $5 but when they see what they need to do they are asking for modifications to the job, at which point I ask for a cancellation of the job. Is there no honour ;)

I thought in Fiverr they offer the gig and you order. If they offer to do the BH job then why do they need to alter the order's term?

The way I want them to do something.. they don't like ;)

At Fiverr, as a freelancer, you need to wait 2 weeks to get the money.

I really dont understand. Your post is very vague. Are you OFFERING a gig or ORDERING gigs? Fiverr is about results. If the order DELIVERS what is asked, they can do it any way they want. Its all about delivering what is offered in the terms. You can offer a service which tells people how to make $100.00 per hour, and then deliver them "Get a job as a lawyer" as the result. It is all about wording.

I am ordering Gig's most initially accept then after awhile they send me am message saying ok now that I thought about it I want you to reword the offer. So the order ends up being cancelled as I want the exact wording.

The reason many sellers turn down offers is because 1 bad review will mess up a months worth of work. Fiverr sellers can make thousands of dollars doing NO work. Many buyers place an order, and then completely forget about it. I have delivered an order saying "Thanks" and it was marked as complete, and I got paid out. Many of the HUGE sellers dont actually sell what they promise. They make money from the suckers who don't actually ask for proof.

Are there a few Sellers on Fiverr that you would recommend at all? The ones I have been using seem to send me proof of work, but you will have to circle back in a few weeks to make sure it sticks.

just buy the FEATURED GIGS! :naughty:

Many of the featured gigs are scams as well when it comes to SEO or Marketing. Fiverr just checks the comments, and since the people who make the orders dont know what they are looking for when it comes to proof, they have tons of good comments.

And for the guy saying he checks a few weeks later to see if the work sticks... thats not what Fiverr is about. Fiverr is for instant results, not long term. If you expect long term, Fiverr probably isn't the best place to look. Sure, there are some quality gigs that will provide long term results, but in general thats not what you should expect.

LOL I just had my account shut down because I started a GIG. I will do nothing for $5 like everyone else on fiverr. Fiverr didn't appreciate it.

Heheh those were the times when I made 50+ a day selling autopligg social bookmarking "backlinks"...

The hammer came down, and it was heavy. =(

the best bit is I get to dispute the transactions on paypal. Not alot of money involved but as others have said in the past.. It's the principle.
