Hello Fiverr Experts

I am new to Fiverr and looking for some advice from the best in the business.

Can you guys please share some tips on how to get more reviews from buyers. ( am not talking about paid reviews from reviews sellers)
How to improve the overall experience and give them a feeling that they have got more than they asked?
How to make more money in the backend?
Also how to get more % of reviews from the buyers? Because a very low % of people leave reviews.

I'm currently on just over $15k/mo one of my clients Fiverr's accounts that I was instructed to manage and run.

How to improve the overall experience and give them a feeling that they have got more than they asked?
The answer is actually in your question. Build a foundation on your offering to account for a "freebie".
Put together a freebie that is quick to deliver, causes an impact and is scalable all at the same time. Whilst I understand its easier said than done it really helps in the long run.
The answer to this question actually ties in to another questions that you've already asked.

How to make more money in the backend?
If you're asking how do you milk the Fiverr account the most then my answer to you is you don't. You could be a level 2 power seller with 100s of orders in the queue and straight 5 star reviews and end up completely dead in the water. This is because Fiverr relies entirely on its very erratic algorithm that picks and chooses top results for certain keywords. This sometimes appears seemingly random. My client is currently on her 4th Fiverr account as that's amusingly the only solution right now. Once you've got thrown off the top page and noticed nothing works to get back to the 1st page within 14 days just delete the account and start a new one. (Fiverr only allows you to run 1 account at any given moment). You could obviously use a VPN but then they catch you with ID checks etc, so might not be worth it. Sorry if this isn't the question you actually asked.
TLDR: Just keep making new accounts every time your main gig is entirely deranked.

Also how to get more % of reviews from the buyers? Because a very low % of people leave reviews.
The answer is in question 1. Offer them some sort of freebie and ask very nicely for a quick review after the freebie is delivered in with the final result.

Hope this helps!

If you're starting out, you really have to spend a lot more time with each buyer. Invest your time with them to build a relationship and in return they will review you. You may even get a tip by the end of the gig.

Stay online 24 hour. you can get buyer reviews after customer satisfaction. some buyer are not review. you can ask rate your order from them.
