Hi guys,
I had a fiverr account for a year and a half. About 1,000 reviews and not a single negative review. I recently got it restricted because some a**hole customer was getting on my nerves and reported me for bullying.
I'm really hoping to get it back - I worked my butt off on that account and was making good money - took me a long time to build a rep and have customers.
Can someone please give me advice on getting it back? I'm exhausted, I've been mesaging suport but they just don't care

Hello,

Can someone please give me advice on getting it back? I'm exhausted, I've been mesaging suport but they just don't care

When did you contact support? One day ago, two days ago, a week ago, ... ?

They are slow sometimes.

And what did you say/do to your customer?

Ive been contacting them for a week. They pretty much keep sending me automated responses.
This customer was saying the service I gave them was bad, and left a bad review. Me wanting to compromise I messaged them and asked how can I further assist them. They said they didn't need anything else, so I said ok, how about I offer a refund since you were unhappy? Then they started saying I was immature because I wanted to make them happy. Lol ok?
Then they reported me because they thought I was "bullying" them when really I just wanted to compromise. I gave them their refund and they still restricted my account.

I need to get this account back, it's my only source of income. I'm willing to pay someone $200 to get my account back honestly

They respond rather quickly, they just keep saying they won't restore my account and I don't know what to do next
Ive only had this one person complain. I've never gotten a negative review before it sucks

They seem quite radical. I don't see why they would ban you just for that. Are you sure you didn't do something else to upset them?

Nope, just tried to persuade them to change their sh*tty review. I would do anything at this point to get my account back

Seems crazy that they would restrict your account just for that especially since you did a refund. Are you in the clear of copyright violations in your gigs? I hope you get your account back man... sucks that it only took one customer(or maybe competitor) to ruin everything.

I'm trying hard, they keep giving me automated responses. Any help is appreciated. Just sucks that one person can cost you your job

Don't think anyone can do anything about this except their support, so keep trying to get a hold of them and explain nicely everything that happened.

I don't think they just banned for this reason, Have you contacted the buyer directly before? your services are not against their TOS?

Don't let the urge for your gig blind your sense of judgement.
You want to offer $200 to who to get your account back?
That's like adding insult to injury.

My question is, did you bullied the customer or not?
Remember, Fiverr admin can view your account and
telling lies will only make things worse.

In situations like this, accept your arrogance, swallow
your pride and plead for mercy.

If you can construct a good mail to the admin they may listen to you.
Another option is to plead with the customer, accept your fault and ask
them to mail fiverr support on your behalf.

The chances is 50/50 though.

If nothing happens just pick up the piece of your life
as a man and move on.

We've all been there and came out stronger.

ill try this, thank you

1) How many times did you try to "persuade" them? If you contacted your customer tenth of times, it isn't good.

2) Did you do anything before which could justify that reaction? Anything?

3) Are you gigs legit?

4) Say you are sorry and that you want to repentance. Fiverr support LOVES when you say you are sorry and that you were wrong and you won't do it again.

I also think there must be something else here. How did you refund the buyer? I don't even see a refund option, or maybe it's because I don't have any negative reviews? Maybe you exchanged contact details or something?

I wouldn't call it bullying, I persuaded them to change their review, and they took it a whole different way.
I then tried to give them a mutual cancellation because they kept messaging me left and right saying I was a terrible person, calling me immature, etc. because I wanted to make them happy.

I'm not a man, I'm a girl btw

1- Probably 3-4 times
2 - I may have been persistent to have them to accept my refund or change their review - I have never gotten a negative review and wanted to keep it that way. I don't mean to be greedy, I just base myself with a good rep.
3 - yes, they are completely legit
4 - do you really think it will work?

Damn Sure, Both of you did something wrong.. have you tried to contact the buyer directly?

They are very strict in their TOS, If you did something against their TOS.

Just forget your fiverr dream and move away!
the buyer's account got closed too unfortunately

If they're sending only automated messages try to contact them via Facebook, worked for me to speak with the Fiverr's staff when I was banned.
So, try to explain with screens that you're right (if you really are) and they will luckily restore your account.

In my case they let me take my money but the account has been closed because I was in wrong.
Try Fiverr's official Facebook page, don't cost you anything.

I think you can post to their forum about this.and i am sure some of the big sellers will come and reply which may be helpful for you.thanks
