what happend to fiverrrrrrr withdrawl i am unable to withdraw my hard earned money when i clicked verification mail sent but not getting it into my mail box their customer service replied We've recently had issues with Hotmail/MSN/Live domains for not receiving our emails. We're working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, we can change the address you are withdrawing from after a brief verification, if you wish.

Just change your email address to gmail.

i guess you have 2 options:
1. change the associated email and do the "brief verification"
2. wait for them to solve the issue with hotmail which may happen before the "brief verification" process ends

next time just use gmail, hotmail sucks anyway

yeah now i realize i will switch to gmail

Thank you for your inquiry. For the security of the account, please forward the following:

1. a scanned copy of your passport or another government-issued ID - the name must be the same as it appears on your PayPal account that was used for the Fiverr transactions

2. a test deposit from PayPal to Fiverr, for the minimum amount allowed by PayPal (such as $0.01, etc.) - this amount would be NON-REFUNDABLE as it is costly for us to process this authentication. That test deposit should be sent to [email protected], and please send us the PayPal transaction ID associated with that test deposit

You can substitute the test-deposit with a Fiverr-related PayPal transaction ID that corresponds to the FIRST PayPal account used on the Fiverr account in question.

3. your PayPal account I.D./email - the same I.D. as was used for your FIRST Fiverr transaction.

We ask for your understanding in going through this process as we take the security of the account seriously.

now my concern is that my paypal isnt on my name which is present on govt issued id

These guys aren't the Police or anyone with legal authority to require valid legal documents. Scan your ID, photoshop it to match name on PayPal and send it.

IMO, they should do such verification before they owe you money rather than after. How many people would know all this stuff has to match or you're not getting paid? I have no problem with rules just explain all the stuff before the game begins.

Just wait for the hotmail thing resolves. It cause you more grief if you change details.

how fiverr shattered my dream of becoming donor here i had collected my earning there to start my sales thread here just waiting for 100th post but in the end they brok my dream feeling so disappointed
