I will use this journey as a motivation to keep walking 13k steps per day.
I work online at home, so I don't move much. I need to walk more, especially outsides to have more social contact.
Will try to keep this journey as updated as possible, share your energies to give me strength, boys

Wish you the best for your journey
good attitude, your health thanks you

wow, that is quite the challange good luck! and helathy life is one step closer :D

Nice one OP. Wishing you good luck with the same. Following it as well. Are you going to increase the number of steps with time too?

Thank you. Possibly, but I'm happy with 13k steps for now. Maybe do something else beisdes that.

To save time, instead of walking, run up and down and up and down staircase. It will burn 3X calories in the same amount of time.
Thank you, I will consider it

✅ First day: goal was successfully reached!

First of all congratulations on your decision to get fit, OP! It always starts there.

Plus, walking is such an underrated exercise. But I think it's the best.
It's safe, cheap, easily accessible for anybody.

I've had a friend go from 82 kg to 66 kilos in 6 months just walking an hour 5x a week, and intermittent fasting. And is a diabetic on REMISSION because of it.

Just curious, what do you use to monitor your steps? A fitness watch?

Have you stumbled yet? I guess it's not a problem as you meander forward in life.

Pedometer, it's available for free on Play Store
