Optimize your title, description & tags.
Dripfeed backlinks via GSA SER or use Fiverr.
Dripfeed social signals.
Buying views and likes is very risky today, but you can try.
Share it everywhere it seems relevant.
Learn how to search this forum for answers.

Obviously putting at least a little bit of effort in the videos will really help. Also make sure you buy views that are high in retention and also in some cases geo-targeted depending on if you live in the U.S or not. You could also advertise yourself on other people's videos even though I really don't like when people do that, I really have to say it can be helpful for the person doing it sometimes.

make a really good advertisement, in HD or something in HD and just put time and motivation in it. Advertise it with social media along with good tags, titles, descs.

Include your main keyword in your title, 3-4 times in the description & tags.
Ask your friends and relatives to view it and comment.
Share it in Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and ask your friends to do the same.
Once the video is created, go back and edit it and put the youtube link of the video into to the descriptions at the very end.
Sometimes you will have to do more, it just depends on how much competition there is for the search term.
Wait a few days and see where you rank for your main keyword. If you are not where you want to be, then start some backlining, but do not overdo it.
Good luck.
