First website purchase.

Hi guys, I have my eye on a site thats for sale on Ebay but really need some advice as it will be the first site ive ever bought.Is there anyone that wouldnt mind taking a quick look at it for me and seeing if its going to be a bitch to get up in the ranks or not?The guy states in the advert its already ranked but i cant find it for s**t.Its is exactly what ive been looking for but maybe i would be better off getting one built from scratch,just really need some advice please.D
