    Hi to all guys!
I'm building my website but in this moment i'm a little scared, i hope that someone with experience can give me some advices...
I'm planning to make my website a "list" of links to streaming shows, anime, films etc... i'm sure you already know what i mean because there are a lot of these websites out there, i know xD but i was thinking... is this legal?
I see that these websites have "DMCA" and stuff like that, where they specify that they just link to a content hosted on another server, nowvideo for example... Stating this make the website legal? or they (and i, if i do it) risk something?

If it's legal and i don't risk anything, can you suggest me an ad network to use? take in consideration that i don't have visits at the moment (because i don't have content xD), so it should be a network that accepts small websites, with CPM and pop-under ads (i think they are the best choice for this kind of websites).

If you're not hosting any illegal material, you shouldn't be in any trouble (my opinion).

I searched already, but i'm more worried about the legal part than the ad network, it's for that that i started this thread...

If you aren't sure legal this or not, then turn on private whois at your domain, buy hosting somewhere far away from US and Europe and enjoy with your website :)
