Hey hows it going I was just wondering been pretty bored for the last week just continued a little my normal link building but my sites are all over the place from this update and since its the first one I've been through with a few sites i was wondering its been what almost a week now how long can it take for the dust to settle i know you can't accurately say but what have you noticed from previous updates? Thanks!

Well, I noticed a bit of a drop in rankings and traffic a few days after the panic started, and now it's starting to get better already.

Things look pretty normal to me, if you have stable backlinks, you should not really worry too much about updates.

I used a lot of high pr links on my inner page and my keyword was top 3 and now it dropped to page 5 do you think the problem is that its just to one anchor text? I started building some manual web 2.0s is it ok if their all not do follow? or does no follow not really pass any link juice? Thanks!
